Opera Singer
Alina-Alevtina Yarovaya is an Ukrainian opera singer. She was born in Lugansk, Ukraine. Alina is currently living and working in Moscow, Russia.
She studied vocal in Donetsk, then in Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Studio in Moscow. She was also a part of Young Artists Program of Bolshoi Theatre of Russia. She took master-classes from famous opera singers: Montserrat Caballe, Elisabeth Vidal, Laura Claycomb...
She has been working with the best Orchestras and Conductors like Vladimir Spivakov and Moscow Virtuoses, Teodor Currentzis and National Philharmonic Orchestra, Christopher Moulds, Stefano Montanari, Alexandr Pletnev and Russian Symphonic Orchestra. She worked with well-known directors such as Dmitry Tcherniakov, Antony MacDonald, Andrew Nobel, Steven Lawless, Floris Visser and many others. Her repertoire includes Mozart's Pamina, Zerlina, Despina, Susanna; Sophie in R.Strauss'es "Der Rosenkavalier"; Xenia in Boris Godunov; L'Enfant in Ravel's L'Enfant et les Sortileges; Musetta in La Boheme; Marfa in R-Korsakov's "The Tzar's Bride" and other...
Since 2011 she is a Special Guest Soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre.
Alina hold trophies of numerous opera competitions such as The Opera Life Competition (Italy), Elena Obraztsova International Opera Competition (S-Petersbutg), Honored with The Young Triumpf Prize of Russia (2011), Nominated for The Golden Mask as the Best Lead Women Role in Opera. She was invited for Summer Mozart Academy in Aix-an-Provance (2014).
