Dargaa D'or by Anis Dargaa - as Cine Arts Prize - will be given to the Guest of Honor of the Gala
Believing in the great causes raised by Alexandre Bodart Pinto-Founder of WAW Foundation, Anis Dargaa, one of the loyal supporters of Wheeling Around the World Foundation since the very first days of its creation, will give the Dargaa D'or Trophy as Cine Arts Prize for the Guest of Honor of the Gala 2016.
This trophy is one of the most famous creations of Anis Dargaa in collaboration with the famous Parisian handcrafted jewelry house Parrisse, Paris. The artist hand worked the trophy himself. It was then finished in gold by Allan Schmit of Parrisse Jewelry House.
Anis is a Belgian painter and sculptor, graduated from the Liege Royal Academy of Fine Arts. By stripping ordinary objects of their normal function, the surrealist artist sought to express all of his reflections of life, his admire for the beauty,… throughout his works.
Anis has won numerous awards including Initi’art Prize, the O’patrimoine Prize, Cannes City Prize… His name is listed in the “Art Viewing Program” of the Guggenheim Museum of New York.
