Michael Lewis-Anderson is an international cake artist, of English and Belgian nationality.

 

He contributes yearly to a number of charities with his pieces of sugar and chocolate art and is highly appreciated for his royal cakes, genuine works of art. King Philippe of Belgium nicknamed him Cake King.

 

He became known for his royal cakes for the wedding of Philippe and Mathilde of Belgium, the 50th anniversary of Princess Astrid, and the 80th anniversary of Queen Paola.

 

Michael is known worldwide and highly demanded for his expertise. Austria awarded him the golden medal of peace due to his contribution to the “Flame of peace”.
